Using a PC, there are two tests that we would like you to carry out, the results of which will help us determine any specific issues related to your region. The first test is called a 'Trace Route'. Please follow these steps to run it:
- Click on your start menu
- Type 'cmd' into the search bar and click on the program called 'cmd'.
- In the black box that appears, type cd.. (including the two full stops) and hit Enter until the display simply reads C:\> (Your display may already read this and in this case there is no need to type 'cd..' at all.)
- Type 'tracert 210.148.52.143' and press Enter
и как понять результат?
